The Art of Toledo

The Maumee River has always been at the heart of life in Northwest Ohio. It is also the inspiration for the River Gallery Foundation, which works to enrich and expand the arts in Toledo. Through the River Gallery Project, public artists will transform this natural landmark into the world’s largest open-air mural gallery, with a vision of 24 murals along its banks. Complementing this, the River Gallery Studio enlivens the community by provide arts education and a dedicated gallery space exclusively for local public artists.
